We are looking for an front office to join our team.
The front office assistant will be responsible for the day-to-day support in daily operations of the office.
They will be responsible for but no limited to answering the phone, keep track of inventory, projects, scheduling, maintaining financial and client records, handing maintenance issues and providing administrative support.
Housing can be available if relocation is needed, details to be discussed further.
Responsibilities handling incoming calls and other communications managing filing system recording information as needed greeting clients and visitors as needed updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing general understanding of office organizing travel as required coordinating events as necessary maintaining supply inventory creating, updating information into the database.
Experience:
looking for a owner mentality, who excels in a fast pace work environment is able to time manage high volume work Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
Experience with QuickBooks is preferred but not required.
